Shipping policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

I currently only ship to AT & DE. After I receive your payment, I will process, pack and ship the delivery. I pack every order as a complete package. For ordering gifts as individual packages (each print or each product is individually wrapped), please add a note during the checkout process.

The regular delivery times (Monday-Friday) are:

• AT 1-6 business days
• DE 2-10 business days

The delivery time includes my processing time and the delivery time of Österreichische Post AG. If your order is very urgent, please contact me in advance at hallo@greatpanstudio.com contact to find a solution.

SHIPPING

The flat-rate shipping costs are:

• AT 3€ (free from 50€ order value)
• DE 5€ (free from 90€ order value)

Shipping is carried out by Österreichische Post AG. Shipment tracking is included for orders over €50.
